What is letter?

A letter is a written message that can be handwritten or printed on paper. Any such message that is transferred via post is a letter, a written conversation between two parties.

Letters are mainly divided into six types based on their contents, formalities, the purpose of letter writing.

  1. Identify the type of letter that is to be written
  2. Make sure you open and close the letter correctly
  3. Establish the main intent of the letter so that it can be easily understand
  4. Be careful of the language  that is it may be polite expressions and civil language
  5. Length of the letter should not be too short or too large
